Guidelines

Bakalářská práce se zabývá životem a tvorbou malíře Otakara Kubína, konkrétně obdobím jeho života spjatým s Paříží. Práce bude analyzovat jednotlivé etapy malířova života ve francouzské metropoli: od prvního pobytu (1905), přes druhý pobyt (1908), trvalé usídlení se v Paříži (1912), první světovou válku, výstavu v Salonu nezávislých (1919), až po přesídlení do Provence a opuštění pařížského ateliéru ve 30. letech. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl nashromáždit nové informace o Kubínových kontaktech a výstavách v Paříži a o jejím vlivu na jeho tvorbu.
This thesis deals with the life and work of the painter Otakar Kubín, specifically the period of his life associated with Paris. The work will analyze the various stages of the painter's life in the French capital: from the first stay (1905), through the second stay (1908), permanent settlement in Paris (1912), the First World War, the exhibition at the Salon of Independents (1919), to relocation to Provence and leaving the Paris studio in the 1930s. The thesis aims to gather new information about Kubín's contacts and exhibitions in Paris and to analyse the influence Paris had on his work.
