| Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje vývoji jakobitského hnutí v letech 1688 až 1746. Autor nejdříve charakterizuje období, ve kterém Stuartovská dynastie vládla Anglii a Skotsku, popíše události Slavné revoluce a poté se zaměří na vývoj zmíněného hnutí. Primárně se bude věnovat zahraniční podpoře jakobitů, životu Jakuba Stuarta a jeho syna Karla Eduarda Stuarta v exilu a jejich diplomacii. Dalšími stěžejními tématy jsou události v Anglii a Skotku, či povstání, která v daném období proběhla, přičemž bude kladen důraz hlavně na poslední povstání z let 1745–1746. |
