Guidelines

Úkolem diplomantky bude zmapovat vývoj a současný stav soudního tlumočení ve Francii s důrazem na roli a postavení tlumočníka v soudním řízení.
Teoretická část
1) Popis vývoje a současného stavu v oblasti soudního tlumočení ve Francii (právní předpisy upravující tlumočnicko-překladatelské činnosti, definice soudního tlumočníka, porovnání s českým prostředím).
2) Charakteristika jednotlivých tlumočnických situací a postavení tlumočníka v rámci soudního procesu (postupy pro výběr a přiřazení tlumočníka ke konkrétnímu řízení, práva a povinnosti soudních tlumočníků, podmínky pro výkon činnosti, etické zásady a kodexy, druhy tlumočení u soudu, remote interpreting, porovnání se situací v ČR)
3) Kvalita tlumočení a nároky kladené na soudní tlumočníky (vzdělání, prokazování odborných znalostí, profesní růst, profesní organizace, odpovědnost, dohled, sankce atd.)
Empirická část
1) Dotazníkové šetření a řízená diskuse – tlumočníci, předsedové soudů, soudní tlumočníci z ČR, kteří tlumočili u soudu ve Francii, případně doplňkové dotazníky hlavním agenturám zajišťujícím soudní tlumočníky. Cílem bude zjistit jejich vnímání role a postavení tlumočníka v rámci soudního řízení a nastavení pracovních podmínek pro výkon této profese.
2) Analýza dat a získaných informací, porovnání se situací v ČR, závěry a doporučení či inspirace pro český systém.
