| Neuropsychologická baterie Uniform Data Set je jedna z nejvíce používaných metod pro diagnostiku poruch kognitivních funkcí u neurodegenerativních onemocnění. Cílem práce je porovnat výkon v baterii u pacientů s mírnou kognitivní poruchou (MCI) v důsledku Alzheimerovy nemoci (AD) s výkonem pacientů s MCI jiné etiologie a zjistit, zdali pacienti s AD vykazují specifický profil výkonu. Vzhledem k tomu, že AD je ve své typické formě charakteristická časnou poruchou paměti, předpokládáme, že pacienti s MCI při AD budou mít horší výsledky v testech paměti v rámci UDS oproti dalším doménovým skórům. Za tímto účelem bude použito regresní modelování (např. logistická regrese) či cluster analýza. Obsahem teoretické části pak bude popis psychologických symptomů MCI u AD a následná review a diskuse možností její specifické psychologické diagnostiky. |
