Guidelines

Práce se zaměří na Africkou unii jako instituci integračního procesu afrických států a na její pozice v mezinárodních vztazích. V první části bude práce tento proces sledovat prismatem Wendtovy teleologie mezinárodních vztahů, kdy dekolonizace může být chápána jako ukázka Hegelova boje za uznání. Práce se pokusí ukázat, proč tato teleologie není pro africkou zkušenost vhodná. Proto v druhé části budou africké reálie sledovány optikou Bhabhových mimiker (napodobování Evropské integrace), a zároveň i z pohledu Wallersteinovy teorie světového systému. V třetí části se práce zaměří na diskusi slabé státnosti v africkém kontextu, a na empirický pohled na Africkou unii jako instituci sdružující převážně slabé státy.
