| Diplomová práce se zabývá testováním slovní zásoby pokročilých studentů angličtiny formou testu složeného z uzavřených otázek s výběrem možných odpovědí (multiple-choice test). V teoretické části práce bude popsáno, jaké existují texty na měření slovní zásoby, jaká je jejich validita, spolehlivost a role ve výuce jazyka. V této části práce bude zároveň vymezeno, kdo jsou pokročilí studenti angličtiny.
V praktické části bude navržen test s výběrem možností, který bude mít za úkol změřit znalosti anglických slov s nízkou frekvencí. Tato slova budou vybrána na základě BNC/COCA seznamů sestavených P. Nationem (2017). Tento test bude administrován pokročilým studentům angličtiny z českých středních škol. Výsledky budou následně zanalyzovány a porovnány s jinými metodami měření slovní zásoby se zvláštním zřetelem na využití testů na měření slovní zásoby při výuce anglického jazyka. Tato práce bude napsaná v anglickém jazyce. |
