Předmětem diplomové práce je popis platné právní úpravy a aplikační praxe vybraných trestů, které představují hlavní alternativy k ukládání nepodmíněných trestů odnětí svobody. Těmito tresty jsou domácí vězení, obecně prospěšné práce, peněžitý trest, podmíněné odsouzení a podmíněné odsouzení s dohledem.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The subject of this master thesis is a description of the current legislation and application practice of selected punishments that represent the main alternatives to the imposition of unconditional prison sentences. These punishments are house arrest, community service, financial penalty, suspended sentence of imprisonment and suspended sentence of imprisonment with supervision.
