Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práce se zabývá základními principy platného řeholního práva dle Kodexu kanonického práva z roku 1983 a souvisejících zákonů. Také popisuje právněhistorický vývoj základních společenství evangelních rad. Důraz je kladen na organizační strukturu, působení ve společnosti a nejvýznamnější kláštery, ve kterých dané společenství působí.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The diploma thesis deals with the basic principles of valid law of religious institutes according to the 1983 Code of Canon Law and subsequent laws. It also describes the legal-historical development of the basic communities of the evangelical orders. Emphasis is placed on the organizational structure, the activity in society and the most important monasteries in which the community operates.
