| Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat výskyt technostresu u seniorské populace v průběhu pandemie COVID-19. Obsahem literárně přehledové části bude charakterizace seniorské populace a jejích specifických výzev spojených s obdobím pandemie a užíváním moderních technologií. Dále bude vymezen pojem technostres a budou popsány jeho charakteristické znaky a formy, možnosti jeho zvládání a jeho konkrétní podoba u seniorské populace. Zmíněn bude také význam technologií v průběhu pandemie. Cílem výzkumu je přiblížit podobu technostresu u seniorské populace. Výzkum bude probíhat formou focus groups s respondenty staršími 65 let a následnou tematickou kvalitativní analýzou. Vybraní respondenti budou různé úrovně zkušeností s užíváním technologií. Očekávaným přínosem výsledků výzkumu do psychologické teorie a praxe bude přiblížení formy technostresu u generace, která je v tomto ohledu často opomíjena. Tato práce tedy může pomoci zjistit, co konkrétně v tomto věku technostres vyvolává a jestli a jak se s ním dokážou senioři vyrovnat a jak jejich vztah k technologiím ovlivnila současná situace. |
