| Bakalářská práce pojednává o norském sochaři Gustavu Vigelandovi a ohlasu jeho díla v českém uměleckém prostředí. Dílo tohoto sochaře uvedl příspěvky v časopisu Moderní revue i v jiných zahraničních periodikách polský spisovatel Stanisław Przybyszewski, který stejným způsobem prezentoval osobnost Vigelandova současníka Edvarda Muncha. Práce dále sleduje roli Stanisława Przybyszewského v širším kontextu dobové české umělecké a literární scény, porovnává podobnosti a rozdíly mezi přijetím díla Gustava Vigelanda a Edvarda Muncha v Čechách, a také představuje ozvuky umění Vigelanda v sousedních zemích - Polsku a Německu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the Norwegian sculptor Gustav Vigeland and the reception of his work in the Czech artistic community. The work of this sculptor was introduced for the first time in the magazine Moderní revue and in other foreign magazines by the Polish writer Stanisław Przybyszewski, who also presented Vigeland's contemporary Edvard Munch in the same way. The work also follows the role of Stanisław Przybyszewski in the broader context of the contemporary Czech art and literary scene, compares the similarities and differences between the reception of Gustav Vigeland and Edvard Munch in the Czech Republic, and also presents the response to Vigeland's art in neighbour countries - Poland and Germany. |
