Autorka se v diplomové práci Nájem bytu zabývá především platnou právní úpravou nájmu bytu, která je upravena především v zákoně č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. Práce je rozdělena do sedmi kapitol, první se týká obecné úpravy nájmu bytu, druhá historie bytového práva, třetí se zabývá vznikem nájmu. Čtvrtá řeší práva a povinnosti stran nájemního vztahu, pátá rozebírá možnosti skončení nájmu. Šestá kapitola pojednává o současné problematice Airbnb. Sedmá, závěrečná kapitola, řeší problémy způsobené koronavirem.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The author deals with Residential lease in this thesis, especially with current legal aspects of residential lease which is regulated in Act. No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. This thesis is divided into seven chapters, the first one is dedicated to the current regulation of lease, the second one to the history of residential lease, the third one deals with creation of residential lease. The fourth one is devoted to the legal rights and obligations of the parties, the fifth one is dedicated to the lease termination. The sixth one solves the current issues of Airbnb. The seventh one, the final chapter, discusses the problems caused by coronavirus disease.
