Guidelines

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat funkce instituce muzea a jeho význam na celospolečenské i lokální úrovni, zejména v kontextu utváření a artikulace určitého pojetí identity a kulturního dědictví. Teoretická část se zabývá funkcemi instituce muzea, vycházejíc mj. z konceptu J. Clifforda, který muzea chápe jako “kontaktní zóny” různých aktérů reprezentujících odlišné zájmy a interpretace objektivních skutečností. Případová studie se zabývá Muzeem horkých pramenů v Beitou, jež vzniklo v budově bývalých veřejných lázní postavených během japonské nadvlády Taiwanu. Muzeum je analyzováno jakožto “kontaktní zóna” konkrétních kulturních a sociálních politik, kultur reprezentujících současné pojetí taiwanské identity i lokálních a celonárodních tendencí. Případová studie je, vedle sekundární literatury, založená na analýze stálé expozice muzea a vybraných sezónních výstav získané prostřednictvím terénního výzkumu.
