| Bakalářská práce se věnuje deklarativní (explicitní) paměti jak z hlediska neurobiologie, tak obecné psychologie a psychometrie. V literárně-přehledové části operacionalizuje pojem deklarativní paměti v kontextu klasifikace a vývoje pojímání paměti. Dále krátce popisuje její fáze a základ neurovědních poznatků paměti. Teorii završuje přehledem vybraných metod, jimiž lze deklarativní paměť měřit. Na tuto část navazuje výzkum deklarativní paměti, ve kterém byli nenáhodně vybraní zdraví dobrovolníci (N = 204) vyšetřeni Hopkinsovým verbálním testem učení (revidovanou verzí). Statistická analýza ukázala, že signifikantně lepších výkonů v tomto paměťovém testu dosahovali mladší účastníci, vzdělanější lidé a ženy. HVLT-R má v české verzi obdobné psychometrické vlastnosti jako originál či jeho jazykové mutace. This Bachelor’s thesis analyses the theory of declarative (explicit) memory using neurobiological, psychological, and psychometrical approaches. In the theoretical part, existing literature on declarative memory is reviewed and the concept of declarative memory is operationalized in the context of memory systems classification. In addition, it includes a brief introduction to the neuroscience of memory and an overview of selected methods for the measurement of declarative memory. In the research part, the Hopkins Verbal Learning Test–Revised (HVLT-R) adapted into Czech is used. HVLT-R was validated in a sample of healthy volunteers (N = 204) selected non-randomly from the Czech population. The statistical analysis showed that significantly better performance in this memory test was achieved by younger participants, more educated people, and women. In conclusion, the Czech version of the HVLT-R is comparable to the original and its other language mutations as far as psychometric characteristics are concerned. |
