Diplomová práce se zabývá pachateli a oběťmi kybernetické kriminality. Cílem bylo zejména analyzovat a shrnout kriminologické poznatky o pachatelích a obětech kybernetické trestné činnosti a odhalit a poukázat na specifika oproti pachatelům a obětem trestné činnosti, ke které nedochází v kyberprostoru. V první části jsou objasněny základní pojmy, se kterými tato diplomová práce pracuje. Druhá část je věnována vývoji představ o pachateli kybernetické kriminality a jeho charakteristice. Ve třetí části jsou diskutovány různé aspekty viktimologie zaměřené na oběti kybernetické kriminality. Čtvrtá část navazuje na závěry z prvních částí zkoumáním tří konkrétních forem kybernetické trestné činnosti, a to nenávistných trestných činů, kyberstalkingu a podvodů páchaných přes internet.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This thesis discusses the offenders and victims of cybercrime. The objective of this thesis was to particularly analyse and summarize the criminological findings about the offenders and victims of cybercrime and discover and point out the specific features in comparison with the offline criminality. In the first part the main terms used in this thesis are clarified. The second part concerns the development of the image of the offender of cybercrime and his characteristics. The third part discusses various aspects of victimology focused on the victims of cybercrime. In the fourth part the conclusions from the previous parts are developed through consideration of three specific forms of cybercrime – hate crime, cyberstalking and online fraud.
