Guidelines
The aim of this paper is to discuss two main types of modern Heathenism, Asatru and Odinism, from the perspective of political ideologies that interfered with historical evolution of this new religious movement. The focus lies on understanding the interaction of political and religious aspects leading to a major split between these two heathen groups.
