Preliminary scope of work

Cílem této práce je přiblížit čtenáři právo módního průmyslu, jakožto průřezové právní odvětví, které se dotýká mnoha dílčích právních odvětví. Autorka se v této práci zaměřuje zejména na úpravu práva duševního vlastnictví, která je vzhledem k tomu, že produkty módního průmyslu jsou výsledkem umělecké tvorby, zcela klíčová.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The aim of this thesis is to introduce fashion law as a cross-cutting legal branch which concerns many legal branches. In this work, the author focuses mainly on the regulation of the intellectual property law, which is absolutely crucial given the fact that the products of the fashion industry are the results of artistic creation.
