Guidelines

Na základě archeologických a písemných pramenů se zaměřím na změny, kterými prošli pozdně římské a ranně byzantské fortifikace v oblasti severozápadního Jordánska, od konce 2. do začátku 5. st. n. l. Budu charakterizovat konkrétní proměny, které přineslo začlenění oblasti do římské říše od počátku 2. st n. l. Tento vývoj budu korelovat se změnami při budování městského opevnění na území přiléhající Dekapole.
