| Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vytváření nového mýtu v českém prostředí s významnou návazností na Francii. Bude zkoumat především období 30. let, kdy se v souvislosti s nastupující krizí objevují kritické hlasy, odsuzující soudobý stav západní civilizace a volající po vytvoření nové báze pro sjednocení společnosti. Hlavním východiskem mi budou teoretické práce Václava Navrátila, Jindřicha Chalupeckého a Karla Teigeho, časopis Kvart a umělecká tvorba Josefa Šímy a některých dalších českých umělců. This thesis deals with the problematics of creating a new myth in the context of Czech art with respect to its continuous contact with French art scene. I will primarily focus on the period of 30s, as a period of a general crisis, when critical voices emerge to judge the state of Western civilization and to proclaim the need to create a new basis for connected and unified society. The primary source for my thesis will be theoretical writting of Václav Navrátil, Jindřich Chalupecký and Karel Teige, the Kvart magazine and the art of Josef Šíma and others. |
