Guidelines
Student se bude věnovat vývoji myšlenky na vytvoření federace v Austrálii od druhé poloviny 19. století do roku 1901, kdy vznikl Australský svaz. Zaměří se na analýzu hlavních tendencí při vývoji federativní myšlenky, zainteresovaných stran a osobností (kupříkladu Andrew Inglis Clark) a okolnosti přijetí australské ústavy. Současně student neopomene zanalyzovat konkrétní britské přístupy k otázce unifikace a federalizace australských korunních koloniía (přirozeně v širším kontextu rámcově srovnatelných britských uniifikačních a federalizačních tendencí v jiných částech Britského impéria).
