Guidelines
Témou bakalárskej práce je festival transrodových osôb, ktorý sa koná každoročne v dedine kūvākam v indickom štáte Tamilnádu. Práca bude členená na tri hlavné časti. Prvá časť bude obsahovať úvod do rodovej terminológie a to všeobecne platnej terminológie ako i terminológie špecificky viazanej na priestor Indického subkontinentu so zameraním na oblasť Tamilnádu. V druhej časti budú tematizované špecifiká vo vnímaní transrodových osôb v rámci Indie. Pozornosť bude venovaná histórii i súčasnej situácii tejto komunity.
Tretia časť práce sa zameria na popis samotného festivalu - jeho modernú podobu ako i mytologické pozadie rituálov, ktoré sa počas festivalu odohrávajú.
