| Práce se zabývá mezigeneračními vztahy a projekty, které si dávají za cíl spojování generací. Zaměřuje se na mladou generaci a generaci seniorů. Mapuje projekty z různých oblastí. V empirické části práce zkoumá přínos jednoho takového programu pro místní komunitu a společnost pomocí dotazníků a rozhovorů s uživateli i organizátory. The work is focused on intergenerational relationships and projects that want to connect different generations. The work mainly aims at generations of the elderly and the youth. Projects of many areas of social life are explored and described there. The second part is focused on one of such kind of projects and its profit to a local community and the society. Questionnaires and interviews with participants and organizers are used as a method of researching. |
