Diplomant rozebere hlavní aspekty nástupu středověké vojenské vrstvy k moci a bude sledovat politický a intelektuální vývoj v klíčových oblastech, souvisejících s celospolečenským upevňováním pozice vojenské vrstvy. Práce bude reflektovat zejména následující body: nástin mocenského uspořádání v době vlády rodu Hódžó; posun v konceptuálním chápání moci císaře, jeho náboženské i mocenské role, jeho větší začlenění do „pozemského“ mocenského uspořádání; formativní vliv zákoníku Goseibai šikimoku na obecné středověké právní uvažování; otázka tzv. ctnostné politiky (tokusei) a normotvornosti (princip dóri) Vzhledem k povaze tématu bude autor extenzívně pracovat s japonskou referenční literaturou. |
