Guidelines

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat fenoménem hate crimes. V úvodu se bude věnovat operacionalizaci pojmu, dále popíše formy a typy hate crimes. V jedné z kapitol objasní motivy, které pachatele vedou ke spáchání těchto činů, upozorní na možné role předsudků a stereotypů panujících ve společnosti. Dále se bude zabývat zejména pachatelem – jeho osobnostními charakteristikami, typologií.

V samostatné kapitole pak bude rozpracován skupinově páchaný hate crime. Pro vystižení celkové dynamiky činu se práce zaměří i na oběti těchto činů. Zmíní známé případy hate crimes. Na závěr bude navrhnut výzkum týkající se pachatelů těchto trestných činů.
