Guidelines

Autor diplomové práce se zaměří na prezentaci a kritickou analýzu průběhu závěrečné fáze vývoje na cestě ke sjednocení Německa. Z chronologického hlediska bude téma vymezeno údobím od Gasteinské smlouvy ze srpna 1865 do vypuknutí války Pruska a německých států s Francií v létě 1870. Zvláštní důraz bude kladen na klíčové souvislosti mezinárodních vztahů uvedeného období. Jedním z primárních cílů autora bude zhodnocení faktorů, které ovlivňovaly rozhodnutí ministerského předsedy Bismarcka, respektive představitelů evropských mocností. Autor provede analýzu metod a postupů, jimiž Prusko dosáhlo toho, že se do jeho konfliktu s Rakouskem i Francií nezapojila některá z evropských velmocí. Práce bude založena na zkoumání vydaných pramenů a studiu relevantní odborné literatury.
