| Projekt Xanadu je komplexní hypertextový systém předcházející World Wide Web. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat a kriticky zhodnotit možnosti, přínosy a limitace přenesení určitých vlastností Xanadu do prostředí Webu. První část práce se bude věnovat předchůdcům a současníkům projektu Xanadu, jako Memex V. Bushe a oN-Line System D. Engelbarta. Hlavní část práce pak bude věnovaná primárně projektu Xanadu. Systém bude posouzen nejen z hlediska distribuce a organizace informací, ale i jako nástroj pro tvorbu, introspekci a syntézu informací. Následně budou vlastnosti systému konfrontovány se současným Webem. Diplomová práce bude připravena v souladu s platnými vnitřními předpisy FF UK a dalšími metodickými pokyny a normativními dokumenty. |
