- studentka prostuduje relevantní literaturu a vypracuje přehled dosavadních studií o standardní britské angličtině (SBrE) a skotské angličtině (ScE), popř. dialektech angličtiny obecně; zaměření na temporální charakteristiky vokálů skotských mluvčích - studentka bude analyzovat nahrávky 6 mluvčích ScE a 6 mluvčích SBrE: - sama pořídí nahrávky 6 mluvčích skotské angličtiny - provede zpracování těchto nahrávek a navíc 2 nahrávek SBrE (tj. automatická segmentace, manuální úprava hranic všech vokálů) - akustická analýza, získání údajů o trvání vokálů v různých kontextech - statistické zpracování – porovnání obecných, skupinových i individuálních tendencí, vyvození závěrů |
