Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na působení elektrokonvulzivní terapie (ECT) na kognitivní funkce. V českých podmínkách je výzkum ECT a vlivu na kognitivní funkce ojedinělý a mohl by přinést mnohé poznatky a srovnání s výzkumy ze zahraničí. V teoretické části diplomové práce budou popsány jednotlivé kognitivní funkce, dále bude sledováno ovlivnění kognitivních funkcí léčbou ECT. Na část teoretickou bude navazovat část výzkumná, zpracovávající data získána v období let 2015-2016 v Psychiatrické klinice VFN a 1. LF UK v Praze. V několika časových bodech od ukončení léčby ECT bude formou opakovaných měření sledován vývoj kognitivní výkonnosti pacientů. Skupiny pacientů, rozdělené dle diagnostických okruhů (okruhu poruch nálady a schizofrenního okruhu) budou také srovnávány mezi sebou. Diplomand bude snímat data za pomocí testů kognitivních funkcí, jejichž výsledky porovná s aktuálními výzkumy ze zahraničí. Cílem práce je sledování kognitivních změn v průběhu času u pacientů po elektrokonvulzivní terapii. |
