Guidelines

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat otázkou politické reprezentace žen na české komunální úrovni. Podle statistických údajů je na tomto stupni zastoupeno více žen než například v Parlamentu ČR. Základní otázkou této práce tedy bude, o jaké ženy, které se podílí na tvorbě politiky na nejnižší úrovni, se ve skutečnosti jedná. Na základě kvalitativního výzkumu bude možné zjistit nejen jejich výchozí pozici při vstupu do úřadu, ale také jejich další ambice či překážky pro postup do vyšších úrovní. Pomocí srovnávací analýzy několika odlišných obcí pak bude možné dosáhnout vyšší míry zobecnotelnosti výsledků práce a zároveň zjistit, zda v odlišných typech obcí zastoupení žen určují stejné nebo odlišné faktory.
