Guidelines

Bakalantka zpracuje bakalářskou práci s názvem Trest smrti v Čínské lidové republice. V ní se bude zabývat problematikou kapitálního trestu v soudobé Čínské lidové republice (ČLR) z pohledu iniciativy hnutí China Against Death Penalty (CADP) a jeho hlavního
zakladatele a představitele Teng Biaoa. Práce shrne hlavní cíle hnutí a druhy jeho aktivit. Jako pramen využije bakalantka internetové stránky CADP v čínštině a samostatné články napsané Teng Biaoem. Bude též pracovat s relevantní literaturou v angličtině.
