| Práce se zaměří na vybrané klíčové aspekty islámu na severním Kavkaze se důrazem na dvě severokavkazské republiky – Kabardino-Balkarskou na západě a Dagestán na východě. První část práce bude sledovat pronikání islámu na severní Kavkaz, jeho úlohu v odporu proti carskému Rusku a vliv, jaký náboženství mělo na tradiční kavkazskou společnost. V druhé části budou rozebrány současné směry islámu v daném regionu, vzájemný vliv náboženství a socio-politické situace a vztah tradičního islámu k jeho radikálním formám. Práce bude založena na studiu relevantní literatury, tisku a předpokládá se i terénní výzkum. |
