| Bakalářská práce bude z historické perspektivy zkoumat dění v Čínské lidové republice v období 1976 – 1989. Primárním pramenem práce je publikace Prisoner of the State, knižně publikované paměti Zhao Ziyanga (1919 – 2005), jednoho z klíčových aktérů reformního dění v Číně v 70. a 80. letech. Práce se bude podrobněji zabývat obdobím 1987 – 1989, v němž Zhao Ziyang vykonával funkci generálního tajemníka Ústředního výboru Komunistické strany Číny, a které vyvrcholilo násilným potlačením protestního hnutí na náměstí Tiananmen v červnu 1989. Kromě toho bude práce také využívat relevantní sekundární literaturu v angličtině a čínštině. |
