| Práca sa zameria na Francúzsku Republiku a jej špecifický systém, alternatívu parlamentnej demokracie, a síce semiprezidencializmus. Zobrazí jeho zvláštnosti, odlišnosti a inštitúcie, ale najmä fungovanie tohoto systému konkrétne v podmienkách Francúzska, v rámci jeho porovnania so Spojenými štátmi americkými. Témou rovnako bude jeho pôvodne ovplyvnenie gaullizmom, ktoré viedlo k zmenám ústavy a ovplyvňuje fungovanie štátu dodnes. Ustanovenie domáceho politického prostredia ma významný vplyv aj na postavenie prezidenta v krajine a odlišuje Francúzsko od parlamentných, čí prezidentských systémov. |
