Preliminary scope of work
Práce se bude zabývat zkoumáním role kvasinkového proteinu Ddi1 (DNA damage-inducible protein 1) v opravách DNA a dále zkoumáním téhož u lidského homologu DDI2. Zjištěné poznatky budou srovnány s mechanismy, kterých se účastní DDI2 v aktivaci transkripčního faktoru TCF11/Nrf1 při odpovědi na proteolytický stress.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The role of the yeast protein Ddi1 protein (DNA damage-inducible protein 1) and its human homologue DDI2 in DNA repair will be investigated. The findings will be compared with the mechanisms of the activation of transcription factor TCF11 / Nrf1 in response to proteolytic stress, where DDI2 is involved.
