| Diplomová práce rozšíří poznatky biologie, taxonomie a morfologie druhu Anaphes flavipes. V rámci DP bude popsán životní cyklus parazitoida, morfologická variabilita druhu, možné ovlivnění jeho populací postřiky atd.). Dle molekulárních přístupů bude také evaluovaná identita druhu (typový materiál je ztracen a je nutné stanovit neotypy a vůbec morfologickou variabilitu druhu). V rámci DP bude rovněž zkoumáno možnost využití a celkové uplatnění druhu Anaphes flavipes regulovat kohoutky (Oulema spp.). |
| Preliminary scope of work in English |
| Master thesis is focused on biology, taxonomy and morphology Anaphes flavipes. Life cycle of parasitoid as well as morphology variability and potencial using for biological control will be solved. The identity of species will be evaluated using molecular methods. The type series of this species is lost and therefore neotype designation is needed. Using of Anaphes flavipes against Oulema spp. will be tested. |
