Preliminary scope of work |
Preliminary scope of work in English |
In the first part of my bachelor thesis I will introduce a theoretical frame of the problem of academic plagiarism. I will introduce the history of the view of author and authorship and normative view of the problem as a legislative, moral and ethic problem. I will deal with the dramaturgical concept of Erving Goffman together with the labelling and stigmatic theory. In the second part I will focus on my qualitative research, content analysis of media about the case of Prof. Ivo Budil. I will present the main participants who engaged in the case and I will discuss which instruments they used to contribute to the reality that Prof. Ivo Budil is a plagiarist, label him as plagiarist. I will present my results that I will interpret based on read up literature. |
