Preliminary scope of work

Diplomová práca sa zaoberá štúdiom funkčných znakov (morfológia, potravné stratégie, reprodukčné parametre) vtákov južnej Afriky. Hlavnou súčasťou práce je výskum grandientov funkčnej diverzity a vzťahu medzi druhovou a funkčnou diverzitou vtáčích spoločenstiev južnej Afriky.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Diploma thesis deals with the study of functional traits (morphology, dietary strategies, reproductive parameters) of birds in southern Africa. The main part of the thesis includes research of the functional diversity gradients and the relationship between species and functional diversity of bird communities in southern Africa.
