Preliminary scope of work
Detekce a kvantifikace glutamátkarboxypeptidasy II(GCPII) v lidské krvi a zjistit, zdali je její koncentrace závislá na pohlaví či věku jedince. Dále charakterizovat myší GCPII po stránce enzymové aktivity a tkáňové distribuce. Nakonec vyvinout polymerní konjugáty schopné selektivné vazby na daný protein, zejména GCPII.
