Preliminary scope of work
Bakalářská práce se v kompilační části zabývá systematickým zařazením, biologií, morfologií schránek, ekologií a paleoekologií foraminifer. Dále se zabývá historií výzkumu křídových foraminifer na našem území a geologií české křídové pánve se zaměřením na lokalitu Úpohlavy v severozápadní části pánve. Ve vlastní části je práce zaměřena na orientační mikropaleontologické vyhodnocení tří vzorků z lokality Úpohlavy, na které byla použita kvantitativní metoda poměr plankton / bentos. Ze vzorků byl podrobněji popsán rod Heterohelix a Planoheterohelix a dále taxonomicky studován.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The thesis deals in the compilation part with systematic classification, biology, morphology of the test, ecology and palaeoecology of the Foraminifera. Next research focuses on the history of Cretaceous Foraminifera in our area and the geology of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin, focusing on Úpohlavy site in the northwestern part of the Bohemian Cretaceous Basin. Three samples from Úpohlavy section were preliminary micropaleontologically analysed. Plankton / bentos ratio was counted. Genus Heterohelix and Planoheterohelix was described and taxonomically studied.
