Guidelines
Práce je pokračováním ročníkového projektu. Textová část bude obsahovat definici spektrogramu a s ním spojené teoretické základy. Práce dále popíše vhodné metody pro generování spektrogramu a zpětnou syntézu zvuku. Převod do spektrogramu je ve své podstatě ztrátový proces, proto bude také věnována pozornost porovnání jednotlivých metod.

Preliminary scope of work
Cílem práce je popsat a implementovat tvorbu grafů čas-frekvence-intenzita (spektrogramu) ze zvukových nahrávek pomocí Fourierovy transformace. Dále pak budou popsány dvě metody zpětné syntézy (rekonstrukce zvuku z daného spektrogramu) a vytvořen program s grafickým uživatelským rozhraním, které bude umožňovat nastavení příslušných parametrů.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the work is to describe and implement a generator of time-frequency-intensity graphs (spectrograms) of audio recordings using the Fourier transform. Additionally, two methods of synthesis (reconstruction of sound from a given specrtogram) will be described. The work will also include a program with GUI which will allow configuration of various parameters.
