Preliminary scope of work

Jednou z méně obvyklých metod pro objetivní zjišťování konce titrace je termometrická detekce. Změna teploty při reakci analytu s odměrným činidlem je snímána termistorem. Zlom závislosti odezvy na objemu přidaného titračního činidla indikuje dosažení bodu konce titrace. Předmětem práce je vypracování metody pro titrační stanovení kyselin a zásad s touto detekční metodou.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Thermal detection is less usual method for detection of the titration end-point. The change in the solution temperature due to reaction between analyte and titration reagent can be monitored by thermistor. The aim of the work is to test this detection method for acid-base titrations.
