Termiti, stejně jako ostatní sociální organismy, rozpoznávají členy svých kolonií od vetřelců, k nimž se chovají agresivně. Toto rozpoznávání je zprostředkováno kutikulárními lipidy, jež obvykle rovněž informují o sociálním statutu členů kolonie. V rámci této bakalářské práce bude vypracován literární přehled současných poznatků o této problematice.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Termites, as well as any other social organisms, can recognize nest-mates from aliens, and behave aggressively to the latter ones. This recognition is mediated by cuticular lipids, which usually provide also information about the social status of a colony member. A review compiling up-to-date knowledge about these phenomena will be prepared in the frame of this work.
