Náplň dizertační práce lze upravit a specifikovat podle konkrétního tematického i územního zaměření. Náboženský nacionalismus jako "nový" trend posilování vazby mezi náboženskou identitou a státním aparátem (např. USA, Rusko), což mění zahraničně-politické priority těchto států. Například jak diktátorské (autoritárské) režimy využívají náboženství pro upevnění a stabilizaci moci. Diktátorské režimy a válečné konflikty také přispívají k migraci a následnou integraci v novém prostředí a jak v této souvislosti k tomu přispívá náboženství a jaká je přitom role transnacionálních sítí. Například jak náboženská identita migrantů ovlivňuje zahraniční politiku hostitelské země vůči zemi původu a jak proměňuje religiózní krajinu v hostitelském regionu. V rámci Česka se jedná například o (nejen) pravoslavnou ukrajinskou a ruskou emigranstkou komunitu.

The content of the dissertation can be adjusted and specified according to the specific thematic and territorial focus. Religious nationalism as a "new" trend of strengthening the link between religious identity and the state apparatus (e.g., the US, Russia), which is changing the foreign policy priorities of these states. For example, how dictatorial (authoritarian) regimes use religion to consolidate and stabilize power. Dictatorial regimes and armed conflicts also contribute to migration and subsequent integration into a new environment, and how religion contributes to this in this context and what role transnational networks play in this. For example, how the religious identity of migrants influences the foreign policy of the host country towards the country of origin and how it transforms the religious landscape in the host region. In Czechia, this concerns, for example, (not only) the Orthodox Ukrainian and Russian emigrant communities.
