Civilizační onemocnění zahrnují v současné době prozánětlivé stavy spojené s obezitou, diabetem druhého typu, snížením mentálních funkcí a dalšími potížemi v průběhu stárnutí lidského organismu. Stimulace růstu hnědé tukové tkáně je jedním z nadějných přirozených mechanismů, které mohou tyto patologické stavy v rané fázi normalizovat. Je otázkou zda je možné účinně použít aktivaci hnědé tukové tkáně i v léčbě již rozvinutých civilizačních onemocnění. Práce je literární rešerší, která by měla shrnout blahodárné účinky aktivace hnědé tukové tkáně a limitaci tohoto přístupu v léčbě a prevenci vybraných civilizačních chorob.
Preliminary scope of work in English
Civilization diseases currently include pro-inflammatory conditions associated with obesity, type 2 diabetes, reduced mental functions, and other problems during the aging of the human organism. Stimulation of the growth of brown adipose tissue is one of the promising natural mechanisms that can normalize pathological conditions at an early stage. It is a question of whether it is possible to effectively use the activation of brown adipose tissue in the treatment of already-developed civilizational diseases. The work is a literature review that should summarize the beneficial effects of activating brown adipose tissue and the limitations of this approach in the treatment and prevention of selected civilization diseases.
