Preliminary scope of work

V dnešní době se po celém světě prosazují netradiční formy rodinného života. Například nesezdané soužití. Nesezdané soužití bývá buď předmanželské soužití anebo samotnou alternativou manželství. Je tedy časté, že páry volí možnost nesezdaného soužití před manželstvím. Nesezdané soužití je nejčastější formou u nás hned po manželství a tento trend neustále roste. Chtěla bych tedy zjistit, jaké faktory ovlivňují, to, že páry vstupují a zůstávají v nesezdaném soužití a dávají mu tak přednost před institucí manželství. V práci bych také chtěla zmínit zákonnou úpravu. Téma mi přijde zajímavé a je velmi aktuální, protože počet nesezdaných soužití stále roste, a především forma alternativy manželství. Spousta nesezdaných párů jsou i rodiči. Na základě teoretické části a zjištěných informací vypracuji hypotézy a poté jej podle získaných dat budu potvrzovat či vyvracet. Má práce by měla ukázat faktory, výhody a nevýhody nesezdaného soužití z pohledu samotných párů. Zároveň zde budou znázorněna získaná data a kdyby se v budoucnu vypracovalo více prací na tento způsob, bude tak k dispozici více dat od stovek respondentů pro více ověřené výsledky/ novou práci.

Preliminary scope of work in English

Nowadays, non-traditional forms of family life are gaining ground all over the world. For example, unmarried cohabitation. Unmarried cohabitation tends to be either premarital cohabitation or an alternative to marriage itself. It is therefore common for couples to choose the option of cohabitation over marriage. Unmarried cohabitation is the most common form of cohabitation in our country after marriage and this trend is growing. I would therefore like to find out what factors influence couples to enter and remain in unmarried cohabitation in preference to the institution of marriage. In this thesis I would also like to mention the legal regulation. I find the topic interesting and very topical, because the number of unmarried cohabitation is still growing, especially the form of alternative to marriage. Many unmarried couples are also parents. Based on the theoretical part and the information found, I will develop hypotheses and then confirm or refute it according to the data obtained. My work should show the factors, advantages and disadvantages of unmarried cohabitation from the perspective of the couples themselves. At the same time, the data collected will be shown and if more papers are done on this in the future, more data from hundreds of respondents will be available for more verified results/new work.
