Preliminary scope of work
1. výzkum exprese TRPV1 na makrofazích a studium signalizačních drah aktivovaných navázáním agonisty TRPV1 - kapsaicinu
2. určení fenotypu makrofágů stimulovaných kapsaicinem v kombinaci s LPS
Preliminary scope of work in English
1. To explore the expression of TRPV1 channel on macrophages and its signaling pathways activated by capsaicin.
2. To determine the phenotype of macrophages after TRPV1 stimulation at various time points. Based on our preliminary results, we hypothesize that there might be a switch from inflammatory to anti-inflammatory response based on duration of stimulation.
