Preliminary scope of work
Cílem bakalářské práce je podat komplexní rešeršní přehled o problematice pesticidů, vřetně jejich metabolitů, v podzemních vodách. Práce se zaměří na historii využívání pesticidů, jejich definici a dělení. Specifickou kapitolou budou dosavadní výsledky studia dopadů pesticidů na životní prostředí, především pak na vodu vázané ekosystémy. Práce se bude zabývat i problematikou pesticidů v pitných vodách a dopadu těchto látek na lidské zdraví. V aplikační části se bakalářská práce zaměří na otázku monitoringu a aktuální legislativy ve světě a v České republice. Na vybraných case sudies v České republice práce popíše prokázané demonstrační ukázky kontaminace podzemních vod pesticidy.
Preliminary scope of work in English
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to provide a comprehensive research overview of the issue of pesticides, including their metabolites, in groundwater. The work will focus on the history of pesticide use, their definition and classification. A specific chapter will be the results of the study of the impact of pesticides on the environment, especially on water-bound ecosystems. The work will also deal with the issue of pesticides in drinking water and the impact of these substances on human health. In the application part, the bachelor thesis will focus on the issue of monitoring and current legislation in the world and in the Czech Republic. On selected case sudies in the Czech Republic, the work describes proven demonstrations of groundwater contamination by pesticides.
