Včelí jed je velmi složitá směs přírodních produktů, která obsahuje různé farmaceutické vlastnosti, jako jsou peptidy, enzymy, biologicky aktivní aminy a nepeptidové složky. Použití včelího jedu do konkrétních bodů se nazývá terapie včelím jedem. Rostoucí počet důkazů prokázal protizánětlivé, anti-aoptotické, anti-fibrózové a anti-artrosklerotické účinky terapie včelím jedem. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké účinky má včelí jen na lidský organismus.

Bee venom is a very complex mixture of natural products which contains various pharmaceutical properties such as peptides, enzymes, biologically active amines and nonpeptide components. The use of bee venom into the specific points is so called bee venom therapy. A growing number of evidence has demonstrated the anti-inflammation, the anti-apoptosis, the anti-fibrosis and the anti-arthrosclerosis effects of bee venom therapy. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what effects a bee has only on the human body.
