Preliminary scope of work

Charakterizovat přímý i nepřímý (imunitně zprostředkovaný) vliv larev tasemnic na rozvoj vybraných typů nádorů (především melanomů). Práce bude zahrnovat infekční experimenty, morfologické a histologické hodnocení interakce, biochemickou charakterizaci bioaktivních proteinových produktů tasemnic, charakterizaci předpokládaných protinádorových imunitních efektorů, atd.
