Preliminary scope of work

Renin-angiotensinový (RAS) systém je důležitý pro zajištění homeostázy regulací krevního tlaku a jeho úloha v chladu byla popsána. Dosavadní práce týkající se chladové aklimace ukazují, že chlad zvyšuje krevní tlak. Většina prací je na modelu hlubokého chladu mezi 0 – 5 ^oC. Cílem práce je shrnout poznatky o vlivu chladové aklimace na RAS systém a srdce s důrazem na teplotu aklimace.

Preliminary scope of work in English

The renin-angiotensin (RAS) system plays an important role in the blood pressure maintanance. It is known that cold acclimation show increases blood pressure. Most of the experiments were carried out under the tepmperature between 0 – 5 ^oC. The aim of the study is to summarize the effect cold acclimation on the RAS system and heart with an accent to the temperature of acclimation.
