Preliminary scope of work
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá etnickými politickými stranami v prostoru východní Evropy. Hlavním tématem práce je jejich reprezentace etnických menšin. První část obsahuje teoretické vymezení politické reprezentace a definici etnických stran. V rámci politické reprezentace práce konkrétně pracuje s pojmem deskriptivní reprezentace. Která hodnotí výhody reprezentace politiků se stejnými charakteristikami, jako mají jejich voliči. Vybranými etnickými stranami jsou Hnutí za práva a svobody, Estonská strana středu, Volební akce Poláků na Litvě, Demokratická aliance Maďarů v Rumunsku a Most-Híd. Výzkumnou otázkou je, jak tyto strany reprezentují etnické menšiny. Zdrojem pro zjištění chování voličů a jejich původu jsou data z European social survey. Způsobem ověření výzkumné otázky je zaměření se na voliče jednotlivých etnických stran. Zdali jsou jejich voliči z etnické menšiny a zdali voliči z etnické menšiny nevolí i jiné strany. Další kategoriemi jsou jazyk voličů a jejich zařazení do politického spektra. Pro přiblížení charakteru etnických stran a jejich voličů. Poslední informací získanou z průzkumů je podíl obyvatel jednotlivých států, kteří se setkali s diskriminací na základě příslušnosti k etnické menšině. Přístup jednotlivých států k etnickým menšinám může být jeden z důvodů k mobilizaci etnických menšin. Celkovým cílem práce je do určité míry zjistit, koho a jak etnické strany reprezentují.
Preliminary scope of work in English
This bachelor work focuses on ethnic political parties in eastern Europe. Main issue of the work is their representation of ethnic minorities. First part contains theoretical definition of political representation and definition of ethnic party. In the framework of political representation work specifically uses term of descriptive representation. Which assess advantages of representation by politicians with same characteristics as their voters. Selected ethnic parties are Movement for Rights and Freedoms, Estonian Centre Party, Electoral Action of Poles in Lithuania, Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania and Most-Híd. Research question is how this parties represent ethnic minorities. The source for the analysis of behaviour of voters and their origin are data from European social survey. The method of examination of research question is focus on voters of the ethnic parties. If their voters are from ethnic minority and if voters from ethnic minority vote other parties. Further categories are the language of voters and their placement on left right scale. For approach to the character of ethnic parties and their voters. The last information from the research is the proportion of citizens of states who noticed discrimination due to their membership to ethnic minority. Attitude of states to ethnic issues can be one of the reasons of mobilization of ethnic minorities. In conclusion the aim of the work is clarify in some extent who ethnic parties represent and how.
